A Brush Cherry makes an excellent indoor bonsai.  They do well indoors and can be kept outdoors in warm weather.
They like a lot of light, but avoid direct mid-day sun in the middle of summer.
In nature, they flower and produce fruit, but do not often fruit unless a few plants are near each other for cross-polination
