If you want to give one for $100.00, change the quantity button to "20" etc.

Put the name of the recipient and the "Ship To" address in the "SHIP TO"
section of the order form, and any
message you want on the Gift Certificate
and who it is from, in the "COMMENTS" box at the bottom of the page.
